HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE WELLNESS SCRUB?
The scrub is intended to be used at any time of your choice. Since we use all natural ingredients, they will not harm you in anyway if used frequently. Many people use it as a shower/bath routine or after a night of wearing make up to clear the skin and unclog pores.
I AM PREGNANT AND/OR NURSING, CAN I STILL DRINK THE WOMB SOOTHING TEA?
No. Please do not consume tea while pregnant or nursing. The blend contains the herb Chasteberry Vitex. Chasteberry is known for its affects on hormones and primarily used for regulation of menstruation and improvement of premenstrual syndrome/menstrual cramps.
HOW LONG SHOULD I HOLD MY "YONI EGG" IN ME?
Before insertion of the "yoni egg", I would recommend that you are doing kegel exercises regularly. Make it a habit to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Begin wearing your yoni egg for 30 minutes-1 hour, 2-3 times a week. then increase by an hour and more times per week.
I HAVE VERY SENSITIVE SKIN, WILL THE SKIN SOUFLEE MAKE ME HAVE ANY RASHES OR SKIN FLARE UPS?

SHOULD I MIX MY (FREE) BENTONITE CLAY INTO MY SCRUB?
Yes you may! Mixing your clay into the scrub will not ruin it. I would advice you to not pour the whole pouch into the scrub jar. The Bentonite Clay, together mixed with the scrub further helps with detoxifying your skin of those toxins, especially from any make up products.
HOW DO I USE MY CASTOR OIL PACKS?
To get the full effects from your castor oil packs, lay on your back, or side, (make sure you are laying on top of a towel or something you don't mind getting wet and oily). Place the pad on any desired area of your body, (recommend lower portion of torso) and cover with saran wrap or some form of plastic. Use a heating pad or heated blanket to place on top and let sit for 30-60 minutes with feet eleveated.
