If we take a look at the meaning of โ๐ฆ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฒโ, then we see qualities that our Kings possess. โฃ

Every 1st Monday of each month weโve decided to dedicate it to our Kings by addressing and educating them on the importance of their health. From my many years working in healthcare and studying public health outcomes, the focus of the monthly discussion on menโs health will be centered around closing the gap of distrust in the healthcare system that has kept our Kings from seeking the care that is required to create the paradigm shift of wellness in our communities. โฃ

Our modern society has systematically dehumanized our kings as Villains rather than Victors. โฃ

The representation of more black men seeking and practicing mindfulness, wellness, and thriving in good health is an important building block for sustaining activists who lead from a space of healing and self-awareness. โฃ
